Dr. Reed is a physician specializing in preventive medicine (residency at Johns Hopkins), and doing medical research in the areas of electrotherapy, bioelectromagnetics, and quantum energy healing. He is the president of the World Institute for Scientific Exploration (WISE), a 501(c)3, non-profit organization at: https://instituteforscientificexploration.org/ . He is also the executive director of the World Institute for Bioelectromagnetics and Electrotherapy (WIBE) at: https://wibemet.org/tiki-index.php , which is part of WISE. Both WISE and WIBE are innovation research institutes whose researchers investigate alternative and complementary therapies, especially electrotherapy and energy medicine to treat microbial diseases, Alzheimer’s, cancer, and other diseases and disorders. They also do research on medicinal systems of cultures around the world, such as Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. In addition, WISE investigates all aspects of consciousness, new energy, unexplained phenomena, and unanswered questions in all areas of scientific inquiry.WISE and WIBE also seek to provide a global platform whereby such research can be published and made freely available to people worldwide. To this end, WISE has established the WISE Digital Library (WDL), which currently provides over 300 different full-text, digitized periodicals, but in addition, we have thousands of books and tens of thousands of periodical issues on the above subjects in our holdings, which we intend to make available online as much as possible.
